A five star service, the staff made an effort to accommodate all my requests. They promptly ordered and built two bikes in different sizes for me, so within 48 hours I was able to test and purchase my new ride. Pricing was very competitive as well, so big thanks to Danny and the rest of the crew!
The service used to be so bad here that I stopped going a year ago. I went back today and the new team are brilliant. Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. It looks like this place has really turned it around! Rich (or maybe Rick) was especially helpful

These guys have been great since my mid-life crisis motivated me to invest in a bike earlier in the year. Helpful, constructive advice without ever being patronising ( despite my stupid questions). Even tried to help me get the bike into my car. Just had my first free service which again was incredibly smooth. These guys go out of their way on customer service and clearly all have a passion for all things cycling!
Friendly and helpful staff, always available to offer advice and share experiences. Good for getting bits and bobs and for click and collect. This isn't entirely coincidental as we had heard there had been some negative reviews, but people generally don't leave reviews for consistent good service, so we're taking the opportunity. Avoid the obvious busy times as sometimes they are understaffed.

Quality service, quality staff, honest prices and a pleasure to do business with. Bike running like a dream. After my local bike shop let me down this was 5miles out of my way but definitely worth it. Guaranteed themselves a return customer.
My rear derailleur cable snapped on my way to work. Went into the shop, and although they were fully booked, Stephen was kind enough to change it for me in a matter of minutes, which to me wold probably ended up being an over the weekend project. As soon as I jumped back on to the bike and started shifting gears, it felt like the good old days when the bike was brand new. So thank you Stephen for not only doing your job, but doing it out of passion, and compassion for others, hard to come by it these days.
